On-Site Training

Since REA has many features for commercial real estate that other generic contact manager programs don't have, here's an opportunity to become an REA power user in a hurry!

You'll be amazed at how quickly and logically the REA program functions, and how it can streamline your business.

Cost is $3,000 for 7 hours, usually presented in a two day session. Tim Creagh, the creator of REA is your trainer.

Topics include:

  • Correctly entering your data
  • Linking properties and contacts
  • Attaching documents and files to records
  • Mapping records
  • Creating an aged list of contacts you have not contacted
  • Merging duplicate records into one
  • Querying for matching people and properties
  • Creating and tracking Lease and Sale Comparables
  • Scheduling Activities and tracking them
  • Generating Marketing Reports for your owners
  • Timelines
  • Importing Data from Outside Sources
  • Document Management including Mail Merge and Email Merges

Webinars

Every week REA hosts live webinar sessions that teach you how to more effectively use REA as a money-making tool. Current customers are welcome to sign up for the session(s) below that meet their needs. Each session has a limit of 100 participants.

IMPORTANT: If you register for a session and you are not the registered owner (you might be the marketing coordinator or administrative assistant) of the REA license, please include the owner's name. Plus, you must have a current maintenance contract in effect-new customers automatically have 1 year free webinar access as part of your purchase price.

"Getting Started with REA for Dummies" webinar is targeted to new owners of REA. The other sessions, Synching with Outlook, Marketing Reports and Email Merging are targeted to a specific function of REA and complement and enhance the Getting Started session. We strongly urge all new customers to attend the Getting Started session as soon as possible. On occasion, we add new sessions, so check weekly.

Test Drive REA is for prospective customers only. If you downloaded the demonstration version, you will be sent an email with the link and phone number. Test drives are held Wednesdays and Fridays.

Here is how a webinar works: About 15 minutes before the session starts, click the link we send to access the conference site. You may have to download some software in order to participate. Then, dial into the conference call number and enter the PIN we sent you and you are in!

You may drop off anytime and we always take questions at the conclusion of the presentation. You can join as many web sessions as you like and as often as you like if we have seats available.

Sessions begin on time if you are late logging in you will miss important information so make sure you login early.
