REA 9 Support
Do you have REA 9 questions? Here are multiple ways to get them answered:
1. REA for Beginners, REA Help System and REA Manual
You can find answers to many of your questions in the REA Manual (go to the Help Menu in the REA program) and the REA Help System (F1 while in REA). You can get a head start on using REA by reading the REA 9 for Beginners book also found under the REA 9 Help Menu.
2. Call or e-mail us
Registered REA users can e-mail questions to our technical support staff at support@gorea.com.
Or you can call our support hotline at (858) 729-0154 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
3. Remote service
In certain support cases, we may have to log into your desktop remotely. REA has a built in service that allows our technicians to log-on to your machine in these cases. From the REA Help menu click Live Support. If you don’t have Live Support on your REA Help menu please click here. You will also need a PIN code from an REA Technician so please call (858) 729-0154 x2 to get the code.
